Koch Chemie Boat Descaling Wash

Koch Chemie Boat Descaling Wash for Hull & Deck Deep Clean | Fort Lauderdale

Boat Descaling Wash is Koch Chemie’s highly foaming Marine wash for deep cleaning hull and deck exteriors—stainless, gelcoat, paint, and plastics. Fort Lauderdale saltwater boats pick up mineral and hydrophilic soils fast; this wash is also noted as suitable for craft coated with Ceramic Boat Hull when used correctly.

Features / Why Pros Use It

• Highly foaming wash for deep exterior hull and deck cleaning
• Use on stainless steel, gelcoat, paint, and exterior plastics
• Suitable for boats coated with Ceramic Boat Hull (per Koch guidance)
• Follow alkaline pre-clean / high-pressure steps when recommended for non-ceramic soils

How to Use

• Remove coarse soiling first with an alkaline pre-cleaner and high-pressure wash when appropriate (skip that step for ceramic-coated boats per Koch notes)
• Dilute and wash with a sponge; do not allow product to dry on the surface
• Rinse quickly and thoroughly to avoid spotting; dry if possible
• Wear eye protection and gloves; avoid hot surfaces
